We had two great movers, Tony B and Adam, from Shur-Way Movers today and they did an excellent job. They packed our belongings with great care. I’d recommend Shur-Way to anyone. Prices were excellent too.

Had a great six man crew led by Juan R for a split move 1 mile and 5 miles. They hustled and wrapped everything that needed wrapping and moved our belongings with care. Fourth move with Shurway.

Niko and Javier were great! Had to get rid of some furniture and they were both fast and professional. I know I’ll be in good hands on moving day! Thanks!!

Moved across the street to the same style of house so 5 workers carefully walked everything down room by room. Thank you to Tony B, Adam, Neil, Dresden and Derrek. All were friendly, careful and great problem solvers. They made sure everything was in the right place and position before leaving. Highly recommended!

One of the best military moves we have ever experienced. The group packing, handled our items with care and remained extremely organized. Efficiently packed our entire place in one day.

We recently had Shur-Way Moving, pack up our home and prepare all for storage. First, we met with Ryan, who explained the process, answering any and all of our questions.The next days, we met Beckie, Kiersten, and Anthony, who packed everything. The following day we met Chris G., Mike F., Neil A, and Deville F., for more packing, moving and loading the trucks. All were wonderful and worked diligently! We are so impressed with the level of professionalism, efficiency and respect for our property! What a great bunch of folks; hard working, pleasant and easy to work with! Excellent Team, Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about our recent move from Illinois to Texas. From the minute I contacted Shurway for an estimate they have been nothing but outstanding. John and his crew that picked up our items were so professional. They walked us through every step of the process. He arrived in TX exactly when promised. He was very communicative with his arrival time. Everything was very smooth. All items arrived exactly how they left Illinois. I highly recommend Shurway Movers.

I recently had Shur Way Movers come out to rearrange some furniture in my house, and they went above and beyond! They even hung a window shade for me, which I didn't realize they could help with. As soon as I called, they got right on it and did a fantastic job. The owner even came out and worked alongside the crew, which really impressed me. Great company--professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile!

Shur-Way was great! The crew Tony B, Chris G, Javier N, Drezdon and JD were super fast and efficient. They had my whole house packed up in no time! Definitely made this huge transition to another country much less stressful!

This was our first experience with Shur-way. We moved on Jan 6th and 7th, 2026 from Lake Blufff. This was our 12th move and I have to say that Shur-Way is now the gold standard for movers. Mike (Leader), Nick, Anthony, Neal, Dresdan, Hector and Martin made a great team and we were lucky enough to get them for both days. They were efficient but thoughtful. Nothing was broken or damaged and when in doubt, they asked first which we appreciated.

Our family has used Shur-Way for several decades and multiple family moves for us, my in-laws, and now the estate of my parents. We moved into my parents’ coop in 1968. The move out today of the big furniture was bitter sweet, shipping things off to my out of town siblings. So many wonderful memories. The crew we had were professional, on time, friendly, and, compassionate. They say moving is one of the most stressful life events. As a Realtor, I know that is true. This team of Javier, Anthony, J.D., and Adam were all fantastic. They did their job well and efficiently while maintaining a good sense of humor. I highly recommend them. Thank you gentlemen! Adam and Col did a great job of moving our items from storage in Illinois all the way up to northern Wisconsin this winter. They were very careful with our furniture and made sure no snow was tracked into the house. They were friendly and engaging and really showed their years of moving expertise. Adam and Col were skilled in unpacking, moving and completing the whole task in a little over 2 hours.

We recently had our extremely heavy, antique piano moved and it was such a great experience. Davelle, Tony B and Hector were able to move it through our old house, down a whole flight of stairs, and into our new house flawlessly! Thank you so much for taking such care of this family heirloom!
